Bernadette Bajo

Bernadette joined the organization in 2008 and is the assistant to the President and the Legal Department. Her work history includes several years of administrative, secretarial, and accounting work in the lumber, mining, and non-profit sectors. Regardless of the industry, she is a strong believer in communication; ensuring that all the paperwork is done; and working together towards a common goal.

One of Bernie's tasks is to coordinate the James Hoffa Memorial Scholarship applications. She also helps to organize the annual Shop Stewards' Banquet and is on the Newsletter Committee.

When not at work, she enjoys the outdoors with friends and family. One of her fondest memories is an 800 mile canoe trip down the Yukon River.
