The Executive Board

The Executive Board is an elected body comprised of one Principal Officer (President), and one Secretary-Treasurer, who both work full-time for the Local and +5 rank and file members who work full-time for Local 31 certified companies. The 5 rank and file members occupy the offices of Vice-President, Recording-Secretary, and 3 trustees. The Executive Board meets at least monthly to deal with the affairs of the Local. On a day-to-day basis the Local is managed by President Stan Hennessy. Drawn from various industries of trucking, courier, airlines and the public sector, the Executive Board is able to draw on their diverse industry experience in addressing the interests of an increasingly diverse membership.
