Joti Dhaliwal

Joti joined the Plan in early 2006 first assuming the role of receptionist. She soon took over other responsibilities in the office. Joti currently manages most aspects of member enrolments and terminations, including coverage for eligible dependents. She also administers the Plan's Continuing Benefits provision.
